General Scope
At Pragyanta Technologies, we strive to deliver the highest quality of IT, development, and digital marketing services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise where a cancellation or refund is requested. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation Policy
- Service Agreements: Clients have the right to cancel their service agreement with us according to the terms specified in their signed contract. If no custom contract exists, a standard 30-day written notice is required to cancel ongoing services.
- One-time Projects: For fixed-cost projects (such as website development or one-off security audits), cancellation requests must be made within 3 business days of signing the agreement or making the initial deposit. If work has already commenced during this period, the cancellation will be subject to a partial fee for the work completed.
- Hosting / Maintenance: Ongoing maintenance and hosting services can be canceled with a 30-day notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend heavily on the type of service provided. Due to the custom nature of software development and digital marketing, the following general rules apply:
- Initial Deposits: If a cancellation request is made before any work has commenced (within 3 business days of signing), the deposit will be refunded in full minus any transaction or processing fees.
- Work in Progress: If work has commenced, refunds will be calculated based on the milestone completion or the total hours logged on the project up to the moment of cancellation. Fees for completed phases are strictly non-refundable.
- Digital Marketing & SEO: Due to the nature of SEO and marketing services, no refunds are provided for services already rendered. Marketing campaigns require budget allocation to third-party platforms which cannot be recovered.
- Software Deliverables: Once the final code, product, or access has been delivered or deployed to the client's servers, no refunds will be provided.
Process for Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on this policy, please follow these steps:
- Submit a formal written request via email to admin@pragyantatech.in.
- Include your company name, project details, and the reason for the refund request.
- Our management team will review the request within 5-7 business days and communicate the decision, including the calculated prorated amount if a partial refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer within 10-15 business days.
